On March 27, on behalf of Minister Yu Guangzhou, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao signed with Mr.Yergozhin Daulet, Chairman of the Commission of National Revenue of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting China-Kazakhstan Bilateral Trade between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Commission of National Revenue of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
