On March 12, Shenzhen Customs seized the “stone and eagle” painting by Artist Li Kuchan from within an outward Australian passenger's luggage. According to relevant regulations, Li Kuchan's works are restricted to be taken out of China as cultural relics. This painting's starting price is CNY2.8 million according to the Auction Certification issued by China International Arts Evaluation Company Limited.
