Under a cold wave, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region encountered a sudden drop in air temperature, with some border ports in －30℃ weather, adversely affecting the control on inward/outward vehicles and cargos. Hohhot Customs timely made emergency measures to provide faster convenient clearance for inward/outward passengers and vehicles. Meanwhile, the Customs took care of on-duty officers by providing them with hand warmers, cotton-padded caps, cold-proof gloves and electric radiators.
