On October 31, by the witness of Premier Li Keqiang and Korean President Park Geun-hye, Minister Yu Guangzhou and Mr.Kim Nak-hoe, Commissioner of Korea Customs Service, signed the Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Korea Customs Service of the Republic of Korea on Cooperation on the  Implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Korea and the Decision between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Korea Customs Service of the Republic of Korea Regarding the Measures on Classified Management of Enterprises Program in China and the Mutual Recognition Arrangement of the Authorized Economic Operator Program in Korea, in Seoul, Korea.
