On March 11, Vice Minister Wang Lingjun met in GACC with Ms. Laura Valdivieso, Vice Minister of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia, and with Mr. Clemens von Goetze, German Ambassador to China, respectively.

Vice Minister Wang and Vice Minister Valdivieso exchanged views in depth on the topics such as the cooperation in trade facilitation, the quarantine access of Colombian meat (such as beef and pork) and fruits (as avocado) to China, and the ban-lifting of Mouth-Foot Disease (MFD) in Colombia.

Vice Minister Wang introduced to Ambassador Goetze the re-organization of China Customs. Both sides also exchanged views on capacity building, enforcement cooperation, AEO mutual recognition and market access for food and agricultural products between the two countries, and reached relevant consensuses.
