China practices endangered species import and export management over the wild fauna and flora. It means that the legally protected rare and endangered wild fauna and flora as well as their products are under import and export management in accordance with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, Forestry Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Wild Plants Protection, and relevant laws and regulations.
