On November 8, Vice Minister Zhang Jiwen met with his Russian counterparts Uvaii Dov, Vice Minister of Agriculture of Russia, and Danker Welter, Head of Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Agency of Russia, at the headquarters of the GACC.

Both sides exchanged views on the implementation of bilateral protocols, pushing forward conclusion of new cooperative documents and expediting negotiation on market access of agricultural products, and reached positive consensuses.
