1. Products of prison labor;

2. Musk and nostoc flagelliformes; and

3. Unnamed or newly-discovered wild plants with important values.

In addition, the national special pearl shells such as Baishi shell, pteria penguin and pearl oyster have been listed in Catalog of no-foreign-exchange aquatic germ plasm resources at the present stage in China, i.e. any entity or individual may not provide those species including adult, cub and spawn for foreign countries.
