Customs seizure of IPR-infringing commodities
Recently at Shenyang Taoxian Airport, local customs officers inspected an inbound flight from South Korea and intercepted two Korean passengers concealing IPR-infringing commodities in their handbags.
The seized commodities including 17 wristwatches, 10 watch plates, and 5 watch straps, were suspected of infringing the IPRs of Rolex, Cartier, Omega and other brands. Now, these illegal goods are detained under investigation by the Airport Customs House.
