From October 26 to 29, Vice Minister Li Guo led a visiting delegation to Thailand. Vice Minister Li respectively met with Mr. Arnan Suwannarat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand, and Mr. Krisada Chinavicharana, Director General of Thai Customs and Mr. Sorasak Meenatoree, Deputy Director General of Thai Customs. They exchanged views and reached consensuses on such topics as the exports of Thai pork, red bird nest and rice to China, customs cooperation under Belt and Road Initiative, enforcement cooperation,  negotiations on mutual recognition of AEO, joint electronic verification of Certificates of Origin, and capacity building.

During this visit, Vice Minister Li also met with Mr. Lv Jian, Chinese Ambassador to Thailand and visited Thai Customs fields at the airport and port in Bangkok as well as China Certification & Inspection Group Thailand Co.
